Arrested in Naples? All Collier County bookings process through the Collier County Jail (Naples Jail Center). We connect you with licensed local bondsmen.
Unlike many Florida cities where the jail is in a different city, the Collier County Jail (also called the Naples Jail Center) is right in Naples at 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. Phone: (239) 774-4434. Run by the Collier County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), this is the sole booking and detention facility for the county. Marco Island and Immokalee arrests also book here.
Naples is in the 20th Judicial Circuit, the same five-county circuit as Fort Myers (Lee County). But each county has its own jail and its own sheriff. A Naples arrest books at the Tamiami Trail facility, while a Fort Myers arrest books at the Downtown Jail on MLK Blvd. If someone was arrested near the Lee-Collier county line (common along I-75 near Estero/Bonita Springs), the arresting agency determines which jail processes the case. See our Fort Myers bail bonds page for Lee County details.
Collier County is the largest county in Florida by land area, stretching from the Gulf Coast deep into the Everglades. The vast majority of the population lives along the coast in Naples, Marco Island, and the Golden Gate area. Arrests in the eastern, rural parts of the county (including Immokalee) involve long transport times to the Naples Jail Center. An Immokalee arrest can mean a 45-minute transport to the Tamiami Trail facility before booking even begins.
Naples is a major snowbird destination, with the population swelling significantly from November through April. This seasonal population increase drives higher arrest volumes during winter months, particularly for DUI (Fifth Avenue nightlife), retail theft (Waterside Shops and Mercato), and domestic incidents in seasonal rental properties. The CCSO inmate search at colliersheriff.org is the authoritative source for current inmates.
Surety bonds (10% non-refundable premium) and cash bonds are accepted. Bonding agents must be registered with the Collier County Clerk of Court. Call (941) 477-6888 to reach a registered Collier County bondsman who can post at the facility.
All arrests in these cities are processed through the county jail. The booking and bail process described above applies to every one of them.
